We found our room cleaning consistently delayed, sometimes even at 3 pm when we returned. the saunas were often unoperational upon our arrival, requiring an unnecessary wait to use them. These oversights significantly impacted our overall experience.

Staying here is perfect for those who love to explore, as it's just a few steps away from the beautiful Stausee Arosa and the charming Gruenseeli, making it easy to enjoy the natural beauty and serenity of the area. after taking in the park views, I loved that I could easily stroll to the town center for a variety of dining options and local favorites.

I stayed in a Panorama Double Room with Balcony and Lake View, and let me tell you—the views of the snow-dusted mountains and serene lake from the balcony were to die for! 🏔️ The spa was a wellness paradise, featuring a stunning indoor pool with a view of the falling snow. Plus, the breakfast? A lavish spread that had everything from cold cuts to custom-cooked eggs. I felt like royalty each morning!

the overall experience was absolutely disappointing. rooms were cleaned so late—3pm, really? oh, and the saunas were off for an hour, just another thing I almost overlooked. i expected a complimentary gesture for these oversights, but apparently, that’s not their style. i nearly left a good review, but just couldn’t. shame, really.
